Every doctor, or a kind person, will one day suggest to you that as one slowly ages, one day will come when one would appreciate a private trainer. Maybe you don't just want to get lazy or you plan to lose weight. And all this applies even more so when you have overweight, high blood pressure, heart attacks and heart surgeries in your family. Your future can soon be different, but the time for change is now at the latest, in fact, yesterday was too late!
1. Meet with a trainer online even without scheduling an appointment
Today, there is practically no one in this industry who does not have a phone with a camera. And thanks to it, practically everywhere within Internet reach thanks to 3G networks or WiFi, you can make and receive video calls.
Even though it is something that many people perceive as an invasion of privacy, on the other hand, it is still their job and livelihood for those people, so if it's urgent (suspicion of a pulled muscle), there's probably no choice but to call even on Sunday evening.
2. Videos anywhere or audio in any form
If interaction is not necessary or it's not urgent, any video services like YouTube can be used.
If a visual component is not needed for training, don't be afraid to use Podcasts / internet radios to save on operation and upload / download of video data. It's faster, it doesn't unnecessarily distract, and on mobile data transfers, one doesn't feel it as much, one at least uses the waiting in lines...
3. Try a digital gadget
Today, all kinds of fitness bracelets / watches are popular, which in their basic functions acceptably help with training.
They constantly monitor your condition and send the measured data via Bluetooth to your smartphone, and you can also share the data so your personal trainer learns about your training.
4. Applications in smartphones
Today also a relatively popular way, as the penetration of smart mobile phones among people is at a record high. There are many applications to choose from here on all platforms.
Everything can be trained here (from programming, through drawing to astronomy), depending on the application and with the possibility to watch (paid) videos from acquired online courses, as an author on these platforms you can conversely exhibit your online courses.
5. Good old Skype and its clones
Even though the Skype application has already been surpassed, it is still a program that has a significant community of people who use it.
It has inspired many open source and closed clones. One option for video calls is the Jitsi tool.
However, there are also programs that will record a message for you, which you can then play back as a private Podcast whenever you intend to.
